This year we are going to visit two other fairly large conferences - Capacity Europe and LAWC. We place big bets on both events. XOtel is already quite strong in Europe and Latin America is a very promising market where we plan to present ourselves as a powerful player.

The Wholesale World Congress in Madrid proved to be very effective and we plan to obtain similar results at the Latin America Wholesale Congress.

As far as Capacity Europe is concerned, we are ready to discuss our main activities - Voice and SMS - as well as new solutions for business and end-consumers. XOtel visited a large number of conferences in 2014. We were on the way almost every month and all the trips turned out to be quite successful. We made a huge step forward which affected the company's activity and ambitions. We want to make a big leap forward in 2015 as well. In order to realize the goals we set for ourselves we'll have to go beyond the usual decisions and tasks.

XOtel will release several innovative products and services in 2015. We will be ready to present them at the nearest conferences. The list will be provided a little bit later.

We have great news we'd like to share with you: XOtel is in 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in Europe according to the business magazine Inc.

The first issue of Inc. magazine was published in 1979 in Boston and since then its reputation in the business community grows and becomes stronger. In 1981, Inc. became the first magazine that published Steve Jobs on the cover and even then editors knew: "This man changed business forever."

The TOP 5000 of the fastest-growing companies was first published in 1982 and it's big honor to be in this list. Visiting the award ceremony means to be equal among the most successful businessmen in the world.

Beginning from 2015 TOP 5000 is not limited to American companies and made the same list for European companies. The first winners were announced on the website in February and XOtel hit the number! We took 2662 place with 262% growth and € 33,6 MM income.

Earlier XOtel had an honor to be among the TOP 500 and the TOP 200 Latvian company according to Dienas Bizness. Nowadays XOtel holds the position of the 5th largest telecom in Latvia, and is the 1st among alternative telecom operators!

To cap it all, it's a great incentive for our team to work even harder and achieve even more impressive results. We do hope our partners will share our joy of this achievement! And no need to say that we're always looking for new meetings, communication and cooperation.

We have great news! XOtel has become the National Champion in Latvia. The European Business Awards 2015/16 has nominated our company in three nominations.

The National Champion is the first step to win an award. Earlier XOtel was noted as one of the fastest growing European Companies by American buisness magazine Inc., TOP 500 Latvia Awards and TOP 100 Gazelle. So we hope that XOtel will also win one of the nominations.
